| AFYD
is a powerful educational and vocational training tool, whilst
our programmes are very much angling based, we have designed
and are continually developing a range of inter changeable
modules to create programmes for teaching people about the
sport and our environment.
We operate from our own sites
and our courses are designed to compliment the curriculum
in both Primary and Secondary Education. We work very closely
with local education authorities to ensure a high standard
of course delivery both in the classroom and on the river
bank and in Scotland represent the Trout in the Classroom
U.K. project.
We even take the participants fishing!
AFYD
currently provides Introductory Courses
in Game Angling, Sea
Angling,
and Coarse
Fishing techniques.
From June 2009 the AFYD Game
