In March 2009 the latest batch of AFYD volunteers completed
their SQA Level II in Angling Coaching at Blairgowrie High
School. The volunteers gave up three weekends to receive
professional tuition run by Dreamstore and
SANA. Taking
exams came as a bit of a shock for some, but it was well
worth the effort.
With this new intake it means that AFYD
can now provide over 40 qualified coaches ensuring that
knowledge is passed onto youngsters in the best possible
manner and to recognised standards.
In addition all AFYD
coaches provide enhanced disclosure. |
